For JAN Journal, we had the honour of photographing recipes by Michelin-starred chef, Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen, capturing fresh ingredients and beautifully finished dishes created and styled by a brilliant creative team. Working from a detailed brief, we focused on the perfect light, setting, and tones to bring their vision to life. The result: images that feel both intimate and iconic, quietly paying tribute to heritage through haute cuisine.
